- Please, be careful to give the correct shipping address. 

- We shall not be liable for any misdelivery due to inaccurate information. Orders lost due to wrong delivery address will not be reshipped.

Notice: If you are using a PO BOX or PMB BOX, the recipient's name must match the name of the mail box renter, otherwise the service won’t be able to leave package in your mailbox even if the box number is correct.

- Сomplains regarding broken or missing items are accepted only with the provision of the unpacking video, which clearly shows the front side of the package, address, and name. Videos or pictures of the packages that have already been opened are not accepted!
